Practice
Seth is an Associate at Mitchell & Jones whose practice areas include criminal defense in both misdemeanor and felony matters (also involving juveniles), wills & probate, guardianships, family law, and general civil litigation. In the relatively short time he has been practicing at the firm, Seth has helped many clients in custody cases involving Child Protective Services, serious criminal prosecutions, and business owners in managing and protecting their investments. Following his graduation from Tech Law in 2015, Seth and his wife, Marlie, moved to Borger to begin work at M&J. Seth and Marlie recently welcomed a new addition, their son Jake, as well. Seth and his family attend St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Borger, Texas.
