Practice
Seth is a Partner at Mitchell & Lujan,  He became a Partner at Mitchell, Jones and Lujan in January 2020. His practice areas include criminal defense in both misdemeanor and felony matters (also involving juveniles), wills & probate, guardianships, family law, and general civil litigation. In the relatively short time he has been practicing at the firm, Seth has helped many clients in custody cases involving Child Protective Services, serious criminal prosecutions, and business owners in managing and protecting their investments. Seth is also the criminal defense attorney for the Hutchinson County Drug Court.

Following his graduation from Tech Law in 2015, Seth and his wife, Marlie, moved to Borger to initially begin work at Mitchell & Jones. Seth and Marlie now have two sons, Jake and Houston. Seth and his family attend St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Borger, Texas. In his spare time, Seth enjoys spending time with this family, watching football and baseball, barbequing, and fishing and hunting.  Additionally, Seth is constantly trying to improve his Spanish speaking skills in order to better serve his clients and the area.  So, if you can speak Spanish, humor him!
